- Preference between "video game" and "videogame:" Will utilize both. Some days I prefer the former, some days I lean towards the latter. I think "video game" might be best to really emphasize that something is indeed a VIDEO game. "Videogame" I find to be "funnier," but I enjoy using both. Of course, "game" is acceptable, too. As is "VideoGame." Or even the rarely-seen "video-game." Go ahead and kill me!
